A Clean Bulk?

I am on my quest to reach 200lbs by jan 1,Im about 190ish,flux between 187-190 and I need this to be clean as the bulking I have been doing has sucked ass and given me a little bit of fat on my lower abs that sticks out a bit.

anyway on to the diet

Meal1 6 pieces of turkey bacon whole wheat bagel with soy 500mg 1%milk

Meal 2 Peanut Butter sandwhich on whole wheat bread 3 tbsp pb on sandwhich

Meal 3 Protein Shake 23g

Meal4 Can of Tuna with Relish

Meal5 Protein Shake 23g

Meal6 same as meal 2 but with 500mg 1% milk

I think I should add in another meal and I may just eat what my family has for dinner as another meal which is usually meat and a pasta of some sort, would that be optimal then? or should i still add more?
 
another shake? maybe, or how about putting a extra scoop per shake giving me 46 more grams of protein

Im also thinking about adding chicken fingers in as a meal but my family refuses to buy white meat ones and the dark is full of fat

If it's whey, then sure. Or maybe you can take a meal instead of one of the shakes, like chicken breast. Maybe take some caseinate protein before bed as well. Then you should be set. Your carb and fat intake seems good to me.
 
Thanks for the help bro,Im in very bad financial shape right now but I may be able to replace one of the shakes for a meal. once my new job picks up the cash will be flowing like crazy,until then Im right poor.

drop bagel and soy milk,
add 5 whole eggs
add 2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter
add 1 cup oatmeal


Meal 2 Peanut Butter sandwhich on whole wheat bread 3 tbsp pb on sandwhich

Meal 3 Protein Shake 23g
add 2 tbsp. flaxseed oil to the mix and 30g maltodextrin

Meal4 Can of Tuna with Relish
add some natural canola mayo
add 1 large YAM


Meal5 Protein Shake 23gsame as meal 3

Meal6 same as meal 2 but with 500mg 1% milk
drop the whole meal; replace
10oz. lean beef
1 large sweet potatoe
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large salad
15g psyllium husk fiber

I added a meal for you...
you need more carbs in the diet, at least more LOW-gi carbs
