Trained Delts, traps, (2 sets of deads at the end... finishing my back tomorrow with rows, ect.)
Tomorrow, Bis, Tris, and Rowage... maybe some Cleans in the begining if I feel ambitious and some punks aren't using all the OLY bars for fucking curls... with 10's on them, so ghey.
Finished it off with 30 mins of cardio.
About to pass out... going to pound some liquid egg whites and a some ANPB.
Sittin' around 191.5 lbs... from all the BF% tests posted around here and some research on my part... I think I'm at around 11-12% right now. Damn good from where I was before!
