Off to the gym in about 30 mins to enjoy myself a hardcore chest workout.
HOPING to all that is good in the world that my elbow/funny bone/arm issue doesn't affect my bench
I've been doing some "air benching" like air guiter ya know... tensing everything and it seems "sturdy" lol... I'll find out, especially with the dumbell workout I have planned.
Better be some spotters around tonight, that's all i gotta say. I will update later.
Oh, preworkout meal consisted of salmon and some 'tato (as someone would say .. yes, I found some pre-prepared 'tato!! WOHOO!).
During workout shake will be enforced as always.. and purecee is going down the hatch shortly.
