Wheels tonight went like this:
Seated calve raises: 4 sets (1 45lb incrementally)
Standing calve raises : 3 sets (increased weight)
Smith Squat: 3 sets (135, 225,
315... that last set was for you Buns, I repped it out... no idea how!!... rep range was 8, 6, 4 respectivly)
Atta boy! I'll use this as my drive tomorrow as I sit here dreading Legs ...

Front Squat ("free" aka non-smith/normal): started with 95, 135, then 185 and wanted to fall over)... sat my ass down for awhile, lol.
Standing Calve Raises AGAIN: drop sets... 3 of 'em.
It was amazing. I hadn't been that passionate about legs in a long time.
