Also - i'm down to about 30 grams of carbs a day i looked at a cruton the other day like it was the most sexiest woman alive!!!! Workouts are still as posted however... I can not do fasted cardio due to work so mon, wed,fri i do a HIIT type cardio Sitting at around 180-ish and week 4 of 6 KTS !!!!!
