NOS2.0 Here is the breakdown....
Meals:
1 - Egg 1, Egg whites 1 cup, cheddar chz 1/4 cup, Oatmeal 1/2 cup, Cinnamon
2 - Chicken 8 oz., brown rice 1/2 cup, fish oil 2 caps
3 - PWO: Protien shake 1.5 scoops, Mootopia (milk) 1 cup, WM-HDP 3.5 tbls

Interestingly enough is that these carbs are not counted in my calorie total as they "burn themselves off" as needto advised me
4 - Chicken 8 oz., brown rice 1/2 cup, cheese 1 slice or 100 calories, fish oil 2 caps
5 - Tuna 1 can Star Kist, veggies 2/3 cup, another good fat - just varies
6 - Casein protein 1.5 scoops, olive oil 1 tbls, Mootopia (milk) 1 cup
I track all of these using the "myplate" feature from livestrong.com. I would go ahead and check my math as i have played around with it to make a new diet as posted above!

If i can get to 7% i will be happy for sure! Thats the goal that Needto thinks i can get too
yeah seems resonable, you don't wanna get much lower than that anway....it just gets so tough around 9% bro just keep grinding bro
