I was one of the lucky 3 choosen by Needto to be coached/trained for a 6 week fat loss program. See the original post here:

Quick stats about me:

30 yr. old, 6'1", sitting at 190 lbs. with about 10-12% bf. This is not a lot but i have come down from 230 lbs. I was eating anything that wasn't bolted down and lifting as heavy as i could. Got pretty big and strong (squatting 405 w/ knee wraps). But, went to the beach this summer and had to buy a new swimsuit and realized my gut was bigger then i wanted it to be. This was not a clean bulk by far.

However, i started to dietdown by cleaning up the diet slowly and went from 230 to 215, then to 205, then to 200, and now at 190. This has confirmed to me that diet and cardio is the major factor for body comp and not AAS or any other supps.

I have done a few cycles in the past starting at 24 that included Organon Sust readi-jects, dbol, deca, and test c and a very short run of Tren (got night sweats only pinning 200/wk - more of an experiment to see how i would react)

On to the good stuff:

Needto layed out my 6 week cycle as follows:

Test Prop 100 EOD
Katanadrol
Albuteral
T3
Gear
HCgenerate, Post Cycle Unleashed Combo

I wont share the dosages of the above because these have been calculated for my weight and body type. Needto has me looking for various "markers" to make sure things are going on as scheduled like headaches, pulse, things like this. I have a weekly friday evening phone call with him to go over the weeks progress.

Diet:

My total calories are 2450 with a 50/20/30 split.

Meals:
1 - Egg, Egg whites, cheddar chz, Oatmeal, cinnamon
2 - Chicken, brown rice, fish oil
3 - PWO: Protien shake, Mootopia (milk), WM-HDP
WM-HDP
Interestingly enough is that these carbs are not counted in my calorie total as they "burn themselves off" as Needto advised me
4 - Chicken, brown rice, cheese, fish oil
5 - Tuna, veggies, another good fat - just varies
6 - Casein protein, olive oil, Mootopia (milk)

10 hours of fasting b4 morning cardio

Workouts:

M-Sat: Fasted morning cardio for 45 minutes in target heart rate of 60-70% Max HR
M-Sat: One body part a day - chest, back, legs, shoulders, triceps, biceps. I do four exercises per body part in 4 sets of 12-15 reps.

I use a Polar FT-40 heart rate monitor watch to track heart rate and calories burned:

Gym Workouts are logged using the Gym Buddy app on my phone

Odds and Ends:

Some would say i am lean enough already but i have always wanted my abs to show w/o flexing them and that simply means low body fat. Arms are 16" and i will get other measurements and pics up within weeks end. My thinking is once i get to the point i wanna be,it will be easier to maintain. I just want to be fit and not interested in being huge anymore. 200 pounds and abs showing will be very sufficient for me :)

Seated Russian twists: 3x25 w/ 8 lb. medicine ball
Crucnhes: 3x30 w/ 8 lb. medicine ball

Chest
Incline DB: 35x30, 4 sets of 70x13
Smith Bench: 4 sets 160 x 12 (hurt right shoulder a few years ago so i do smith instead of BB)
Hammer Str. Decline: 4 sets 180x12
Hammer Pec Fly: 4 sets 130x15

Good workout had a slight head ache since i woke up and stayed with me intermetently thru the day

Fasted cardio at 7 AM
45 minutes

Pull Ups: 3x10 -- each with a different grip
Bent over Row 25 x 20, 4 sets 90x15
T-Bar Row: 4 sets 90x15
High Pully Str. Arm Pull Down: 4 sets 100x12
One Arm DB Row: 4 sets 35x15

I could of gone heavier on all sets but i have grown to small for my weight belt :) May be a mental thing but i just feel safer using that.

Had some stomach discomfort all day today and food is not as appealing as yesterday b/c of it. Good be the stuff I'm taking or just getting sick (hopefully not !!!)

Use those days to pile on some quality calories
it will keep you sane and you're less likely to stray from your diet come monday!

Quick Update:

Woke up this morning at 5:30 with stomach cramps. A few hours later i vomited (felt better afterwards though :) ). Needless to say i won't be able to do gym/cardio today which is a bummer b/c legs are my favorite part to work and hate skipping them!

Only thing i will do today as far as supps is my test prop shot. Hopefully this is just a quick thing so i can bounce back.

Finally got some pics taken yesterday...
 
Well after getting over what ever stomach bug i had and having night sweats last night, i was glad to get back in the gym for cardio and do shoulders...

Fasted Cardio
7 AM

Shoulder Routine
1 - ish
920 calories burned
1:15 minutes

Various shoulder warm ups maybe 50 reps total
Standing Military BB: 4 sets 135x12
Standing BB Upright Row: 4 sets 95x15
These are at a strick 90 degree angle and brought to nipple level
Bend Over Rear Delt DB Row: 4 sets 30x13
Front Raises: 4 sets 20x15
Lateral Raises: 4 sets 15x13

I have noticed i have gotten stronger even though i felt "drained" from only eating 3 cans of campbell's chicken noodle soup and some black berries yesterday. Need to work on drinking more water - at about 3 liters a day but need atleast 4. Did prop in the shoulders on wednesday with a slin-pin (thanks CONANX) and not a lot of pain. Hopefully pinning legs tomorrow will be just as smooth with a slin pin.

Did some X-mas shopping with the GF tonight so diet was not spot on but... i still ate clean (subway 6 inch chicken and then grilled chicken salad for dinner) so i'd say diet was about 85% what it needed to be.
 
could you post the amounts for your foods for the meal plan listed above please.

Slept thru alarm and therefore did not get a chance to do fasted cardio. I was not able to fall asleep till about 3:30 last night -- just wasn't tired (wondering if its the albuteral... FYI: took my dosage today and spilled the bottle - not happy about that). Woke up just feeling even more drained but still bettter overall and more of an appetite today which is great :)

Triceps

Various warmups: pushups, Pull ups, Push downs
Smith Machine Close grip bench: 4 sets 180x12 (these kill my palms but love them!)
Skull Crushers: 4 sets 80x13
Str. Bar Push Down: 4 sets 57.5x13
This isn't a lot of weight but i try to stand straight up and really squeeze so weight is lowered
Superset: 3 sets 15 dips and 10 pushups

Did shorten rest times a little and was able to do 20 minutes cardio after to somewhat "makeup" for missing fasted cardio.


Going to revise diet as trying to eat the old just makes my stomach curl:
1 - egg, egg whites, cheddar cheese, oatmeal, cinnamon
2 - Top Sirloin Steak, brown rice, fish oil
3 - PWO: Protein shake, Mootopia, WD-HMP
4 - Grond Beef or Fish, mixed berries
5 - Pork Chops, veggies
6 - Casein Shake, Mootopia

This still is the same split 50/20/30 with 2550 calories/day :)

yeah seems resonable, you don't wanna get much lower than that anway....it just gets so tough around 9% bro just keep grinding bro

I did take my T3 & Albuterol dose this morning on an empty stomach and as soon as i got back from cardio my stomach started cramping and felt nausea coming on. Ate my first meal very slowly and nausea stopped. I will only take these with food from now on.

Did quad inject yesterday with slin pin in both legs and today they are quite sore! Gonna stick to delts, glutes but still wanna try other areas.

Diet got somewhat off track today having xmas at my brothers with our mom. Had 4 shipleys donuts inbetween meals 2 and 3. I know tomorrow i will eat off the diet but i figure one day should not put me back to much and i will still eat sensible.

Getting more veiny and starting to see veins off shooting from main arm vein on my shoulders and outside of my arms! Attached a pic

Other than that, just ready for monday so i can get back to it... 1 week down 5 to go!

No its fine on Monday aka Today if you see this message I want you to reduce your carbs by half what you would normally eat. YOu want to be holding Just enough carbs for energy that is it no more. Reduce them today to make up for the crap yesterday then go back to the diet I planed out for you.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. No prob on the carbs being reduced today. I'll just do meals 1,2 and PWO WD HMP then thats it for the day. WIll stick on the diet for sure as i've already bought everything. Much cheaper being whole, raw, good food! I'll give u a buzz friday night after 8:30 (your time) to lay out the last 4 weeks.

xmas was good and only had 1 plate but i did have 3 pieces of pumpkin pie thru out the day! I did however have N2BM Pancakes for breakfast... for those of you who haven't tried these i HIGHLY suggest that you do!!!!

Incline DB: 4 sets 70x15 -- this was extremely easy so i'll do the 80's next time. Most i ever did was either 100's or 105's like 6-8 times
Flat Bench Smith: 4 sets 140x15-- tried to go heavier but my hand started to tingle (not sure why) so went lighter. The line from Elbow to Elbow along my chest felt "brittle" so to speak. Gonna try regular flat bench next time... just weird
Standing Low cable Flys: 4 sets 50x12
Standing High Cable Flys: 4 sets 50x15

Good full pump for todays workout. I haven't done cable flys in a looooooong time so it was nice to change it up.

I weighed this morning and only at 189 pounds so i've lost about 1-1.5 pounds so far. Not sure if this is what to be expected - i thought i would have lost more by now... idk

Quad inject of prop is still killing me and i walk funny b/c of it... no bueno :(

been a few days since i have updated this log....

Did legs wednesday and fasted cardio was replaced by morning sex :evil: gotta love that and i'm sure i burned more than the std. 400 calories as her sex appetite is larger than mine :stilleto:

Skipped legs last week due to stomach bug and got thru about only half the normal leg workout. Had to stop to get my new hire paperwork done at the gym. Should be training my first clients monday morning!

Went outta down wednesday night w/ the GF to see her sister. Skipped thursday cardio (morning sex again) and shoulders but diet was still somewhat clean. Was still able to take some supps. This is a somewhat emergency trip so yes... life does get in the way sometimes :mix:

Just got back from doing bi's and tri's. Good workout and pump. I'm sitting at around 187 so down about 3 pounds in 2 weeks. I'll start tweaking the diet for last 4 weeks. I have noticed the veins in my thighs are more pronounced and run from groin to about mid thigh and other veins as well. Abs are more defined for upper four when flexed and when relaxed i can see the outside line of my abs even though stomach still sticks out some
 
i just got my cert so this is my first ever PT job. I'm 30 and have been reading workout stuff since i started lifting for swim team in high school. There wasn't much i needed to learn other than thier protocals and a few things i didn't know like the krebs cycle and a few new things like amylase and what not. If your a gym rat then i think most could pass a PT exam

i've been busy training people at work now but i wanted to post some progress pics for yall...

Also - i'm down to about 30 grams of carbs a day :mad: i looked at a cruton the other day like it was the most sexiest woman alive!!!!

Workouts are still as posted however... I can not do fasted cardio due to work so mon, wed,fri i do a HIIT type cardio

Sitting at around 180-ish and week 4 of 6

quick update...

weight has gone from 190-195 when starting to 177 as of yesterday (Monday the 16th)

When i workout now my veins pop out all over the place even in my shoulders. Last Saturday i did my bicep routine and as i was warming up with cambered bar curls my buddy whispered to me to look around and everybody had thier eyes on me -- pretty crazy to see that.

LAst two weeks to go - big finish !!!

Inspirational stuff right there.

Question though.. Most of your cardio I'm guessing was just jogging yeah? Makes it easier to keep in the specific heart rate zone..?

Anyways brother.. Keep on killing that shit... Keen to see the end result!!

i started at 193-195 with 10-11% BF and finished at 172.5 with 6% body fat !!!!

My strenght has been great and did incline DB yesterday, my forth and final set was 95 lb. DB for 10 reps -- NO HELP!!! not bad for being as lean as i am

the light cardio was really walking, i never got to a jog. I would go at an incline of 5-6 and a speed of 3 till i reached HR goal. Then i'd just drop incline and speed to keep it there. That was 3 days a week (T-TH-SAT) then i did a HIT style cardio M-W-F

I have seen veins in my legs and lower abs even in my chest. Weight has come to 175 or so depending on what i eat.

My new calorie total is 2610 with macros at... P=326, C=120, F=73. I see food/meals differently now. IF half my caloires are not from protein then i redo my meal and keep protein in the truck just in case.

Needto ur the man bro - and thanks once again.... I'll hit you up early summer for a cycle from your store - wanna try more of your products but w/o the AAS

Great job man. It was your dedacation to the diet and training that made it happen. The drugs will help big time but they will do little to nothing without the diet and training in check..

You really want to get ripped? drop the carbs down to 50g of carbs a day only. 25 am 25 post work out, keep everything else the same and do this for 2 weeks. You will be down to sub 5% bf easy. You never ever have to go "NO CARB" in order to get to 3-5% body fat and IMO Its completely retarded to do so. You always end up coming in looking flat even with a carb refeed. Some carbs are needed. No carb diets fuck you all up period.
