6-27-03, 1st workout in a month

Its been about a month or so since ive lifted so i didnt come in expected to be at an all time high. hopefully ill be back where i was and even better soon.

shrugs 170x5,190x5,190x5,200x3,180x5
---these were ok sets i kno i couldve done more if it werent for my really shitty grip,especialy on my right hand. old pr was 210x10 i think.

ezbar curls 50x5,60x5,70x5,80x3,70x5
---pretty good here. old pr was 85x4.

skulls 60x5,70x5,70x5,75x5,75x4
---elbows felt a bit weird but other than that good sets. old pr was 80x8.

squats 5x3@125
---ok dont laugh at me here.ive decided to start over with squats cause my form was always bad and i dont think i even went down far enough so im just gonna build my way up with good form and all.

thats it for today ,eating alot and dirnking alot of milk:)
 
gotta start back somewhere. Use this mediocre workout to get pissed off next workout. Work hard in the gym and don't waste your time. Go all out or go home.

i kno my lifts are pretty lame now, so is my weight(140 lbs:()
so im gonna try hard to put on some pounds and id like to get to some buffets while im at it too.:D
