5x5 vets, I need help please

I plan on starting the 5X5 today and need a few things cleared up. I'll probably be using about 235lbs for my barbell bench press for 5 reps. This weight is approximately 82% of my 1RM. So, what percentages would I use for the warm-up sets? Would 2 warm-ups be sufficient? Also, do I warm-up and then go straight to 235 for the next 5 sets or do I work up to that weight? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanx.
 
In my old 5x5 days...I did 70% for a warm up set....i dropped the 5x5 to go 3x5 because i did not gain how i liked....i would go with 145 or 175 for a warm up set...and why do 2 warm up sets...all you are going to do is waste some good set energy....do ya one warm up slow and controlled...dont whip through them....and stretch decent b4 you lift....and dont over stretch...you could hurt yourself....i dont stretch...but i am in the gym every day...
