30 min bike warm up
Squats 135x12
225x5 wider box squats
315x5 wider box squats
365x3 wider box squats

Good mornings super set front squats

Explosive jumping back squats ( feet leaving ground at least 3 inches on heavy 6 inches light sets)

225x4 ( followed by 4 deep squats)
Seated calf raises
180x failure .. Short break then till failure again
(3 sets )
Laying leg curls superset with leg extensions (3 sets to failure can't remember weights)
1 set stiff legged deads with 85lb DBells (12 reps)
8 track sprints !!!( si joints fully healed it felt so good today to do these)
Some serious stretching and ab work
Awesome day in the gym, feels good to be off work, and I crushed it I was there from 10:30-almost 1.
Might go back later while gf is there playing soccer
Vascularity in my legs looking savage even though they are hairy
