Not the best day today. Felt tired and weak and my legs are mashed. Powered through it best I could. I need a good sleep tonight whenever I stay at home in town I have to get up at 330 to drive an hour to camp to get ready for work . Sleep time
Also dropped 3 lbs in the last couple days since cleaning up my diet. I don't like that.
I also went over my 4k estimated calories by about 500. Easily had 550 grams of carbs today eek:S
Chalk that ^^ with the bedtime snack I am anfair amount over 5k calories and 620 grams of carbs.. My body is just craving food though
