Supposed to be deadlift day but ill be damned I was hanging drywall above a door and had a piece which I thought was secure when I went to pick up a screw the bitch came loose and really Charly horses my butt cheek real bad.'like nasty bruise! Anyway
Deadlift
225x5x5x5,( too sore)
Switched to back extentions
Weighted 45 x 20 drop set Bw x many(3 sets)
Many pull-ups , pull downs
Face pulls, rear delt flys, lots of trap work and lots Of abs and a bit of bis. Pretty tired , work shift is almost done and I'm played out . Praying for Thursday with a week off to eat lift sleep!
