10 min bike warm up
I am getting incredible results here from these extra cals it seems.

Wide grip behind neck pulldowns

Close grip pull downs( every set biceps felt like they were exploding lol)

220x5 huge pr ( drop set 160x6)
Rear delt flys
25x12 drop set 10 x failure
35x8 drop set 10 failure
Dumbell rows
60x20
90x20
100x14(Huge PR)
Preacher hammer strength curls
45x12
35x15 very tight squeeze and form
35x13
Superset all 3 of these with drag curls 60 lbs ez curl bar bout 8 or 10 reps
Shoulder width strait bar cable curls
70 x many
90x12 drop set 50x10?
90x10 superset close grip pulldowns 140x12
Finished off with 60lb strait bar passed back and forth repping to failure each pass. Did 6 passes wit my buddy and we were just spent/ blown right up ! Sick workout whaaaat!!
Si joints still getting better, work was much nicer today but still awkward. Tomorrow better be even better!
