Good workout

Sets of split squats/ little stretching
Front squat

These were easy, but I Definitely did not want to go heavier I could feel the strain .. Probably should NOT have done em but fuck I needed to squat
Incline bench
2 warm up sets

205x4( I have learned how to bench proper ... I was using much too much shoulder in the past , and my chest is just exploding in growth compared to previous attempts.. Funny how you are always learning and adapting)

Can't recall weights bunch of Supesets and static tension to destroy them!

My main objective was to hit a few squats and hit some heavy incline. I feel I did both well and I feel very fatigued
I hauled and hung a lift of drywall again today ugh that's tiring !! Easy day of work tomorrow
And then 7 days off wooohooo!!
