Turns out
28 days of work strait was messing wit my head. We have taken a nice 2 day getaway to Edmonton I got us a nice hotel room at the fantasy land and many beers / drinks later we had a long discussion about what has been bothering me. This working so much has taken a toll on me mentally and I'm happy to say I am on a 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule now for the unforseeavke future.
Also still have 5 more days off woohoo
Training today was mild just somethin for us to be like hey, you got hammered last night here's a wake up call.!

These were exceptionally fatiguing.! I had a savage cramp at one point probably from dehydration

70x6.5 ish lol it was a poor poor last rep haha
That's all we did . I did about 20 pullups Also
