I have a knee issue cuz I had a stress fracture- Ben Bruno's articles on leg work for knee pain n injuries is money. The guy is a beast and truly understands physiology
 
Hey thx guys for the Continuous following and advice / tips. Great article. Sorry I haven't posted lately I am havin a rough time with my girl. Sucks. I am hoping it works out but I don't know how to proceed. I have still been having decent workouts and I did an 8 k Jog yesterday early morning. Just kept running Till I was spent.

Turns out
28 days of work strait was messing wit my head. We have taken a nice 2 day getaway to Edmonton I got us a nice hotel room at the fantasy land and many beers / drinks later we had a long discussion about what has been bothering me. This working so much has taken a toll on me mentally and I'm happy to say I am on a 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule now for the unforseeavke future.

Also still have 5 more days off woohoo

Training today was mild just somethin for us to be like hey, you got hammered last night here's a wake up call.!

About 2 hours of mall power shopping
Which I'll call pre workout lol

Front squats
135x25x25x30!

These were exceptionally fatiguing.! I had a savage cramp at one point probably from dehydration

Side laterals

27.5 x 12x10x6 ( short rests)

Dumbell military press

45x15
70x10
70x8
70x6.5 ish lol it was a poor poor last rep haha

That's all we did . I did about 20 pullups Also

Hehehe nothin like some workin out after a night of drinkin. I ran 10 miles once after being out with some buddies and I had like 20 beers (I was handling some girl problems like a dumbass) and I've never felt so terrible. Sometimes you can smell the booze in your sweat lol

135 x 30 is sick dude I did 30 reps today also and it fucking smoked me
 
Fuck my ass did I ever tweak my si/ sciatica I don't even know how. Just did an hour of excruciating stretches for the hips / si joints god damn. Brings tears to the eye lol
