Hey I think those adrenal support supplements you reccomended me are really doing the trick. I feel pretty damn energized all day AND I still have strep throat. Those are keepers for me, can't wait to see what I feel like after surgery. Thanks for reccomending those hah love them.

They are really awesome aren't they. Keep me going when I'm deep in a work shift

Seen chiro today, si joints feeling phenomenal!

20 min bike ride

Squats

(Kept it here just to be safe but they were very easy)

Incline bench
95x20
135x5
185x5
205x5
210x5 :)

Rear delt cable crossovers
Just a whole bunch of nastiness until they were ready to fall off

Split squats bw x many

Sumo squats bw x many

Excellent workout I'm really leaning out even with this quickmass . Bw still around 196!

Thanks guys! Nofatchicks, just keep at it and the squats will keep climbing. Evan thx for stopping by you are an inspiration to me being so young and dedicated. :) those cable crossovers are just awesome man . I do them and face pulls whenever I can , sometimes the gym is just to busy.

Ok so I've been doing exercises from my chiro to strengthen the lower back in other ways than deadlifts and normal bb exercises. My joints feel fuckin awesome excuse my language but it makes me so happy.
5am ( couldn't sleep in even on days off!)

Plank and ab circuit
20 min jog... That's right I can jog again! :) sprints soon to follow

Some doggy day something workout to strengthen lower back lol I forget the lame name. Basically like supermans

3 sets stiff legged deads. ( just used my 45lb DUmbells here in the basement with good form solid contractions)
Couple sets of 10 reps hammer curls 45lb DB
One set trap raises

This was all fasted training then I pounded a serving of quickmass and in feeling great. Another chiro appointment today and acupuncture.. Should be interesting

Working out with gf at 1pm to get some serious lifting in

I'm glad to hear those joints are feeling better bro go kill that workout later. Let us know what acupuncture it like lol my curiousity is peaked

80x5 !! Gf had to help me get em up we had a good laugh when I said I need your help getting it up lol! But the 5 reps were me

Side laterals 20many superset and drop sets included until fatigued

Seated calf raises 1 plate x side x 30
2 plates x side x 12 full reps then a bunch of swinging reps

Damn I'm loving this quickmass!! I am adding serious strength and size to my frame since adding 1000 cals a day of this stuff.

45 min bike ride to dq with gf lol blizzard time . The 45 minutes back pulling her nephews in the cargo bike pulls thing was a different story though. I was beat out
