Okay day considering I feel a little off

20 min bike warm up

Squats
225x12
275x5
295x5

Deadlift

Cable flys to stretch out chest
25 per Arm xmany

Incline hammer
Strength press
2 plates a side xmany
3 per side x12
4xside x8 ( these felt real nice!)

Flat bench

Dinner

You ever try ramping up weight a different way?-may get more weight on your squat.
Ex:
Bar-10
95-8
135-8
185-6
225-1x6
275-1x5
295-1x2
Then your working sets

Something different like that next time to see if it helps. I used to do leg press when we had one but this gym doesn't. After leg pressing a few sets my legs would be so pumped up I would feel like I could squat bombs. That's how I set my pr... Squatted 315 x 12 after 5 sets of leg press !
