Something different like that next time to see if it helps. I used to do leg press when we had one but this gym doesn't. After leg pressing a few sets my legs would be so pumped up I would feel like I could squat bombs. That's how I set my pr... Squatted 315 x 12 after 5 sets of leg press !
Lol feels like an impossible feat to do that right now though. I was on Ostarine and about 200 pounds when I did that. Boy I miss the big 200... I need to get back there .
