Sick ass workout will update post supper

Woke up today feeling great I slept so well last night boy I needed it!
At 5 am I did a 5 minute plank
Worked pretty hard all day
Gym
10 min bike with some sprints
10 min treadmill with some sprints
Deadlift
225x20 ( this had my warmed up!)
315x12
365x5
405x5 !(yes!)
425x5! Pr !? I think.. ( 4th and 5th reps were sloppy but still felt safe, my hammies and glutes are just trashed now)
Good mornings 135x5x5 ( couldn't hack any more my legs and butt were killing me!
Clean and push press

Pullups x many
Lat pull downs
160 x10 ( everytime I start focusing more towards strength training all my assistance exercises feel easier and I feel stronger at them ,
180x8 superset 180x 6 ( behind neck)
Close grip pullups x many
Ez bar curls 50x 12 ( strong contraction slow negative ) drop set 30x failure
Did this 2 times
Side lateral raises 20x12
30x8 ( simultaneous ) super set with sweights help out from hips for about 30 seconds
Rear delt flys 30x12
Flat chest flys 50x12
Weighted dips
Body weight + 80lb dumbell between knees x8x8x6
Pushups ..about 20
Abs - windshield washers
I felt really really good
Today. Weighed in at 186
Didn't rest much between sets and I completed this workout in about 75 min
