5x5 journey to incredible strength

Ok recently decided to give a proper educated go at strong lifts 5x5 thx to some help from zed I think I am well on my way. Goals are to remain at 200 lbs while gaining conventional strength to improve my overall abilities playing sports , and of course, to lift heavy objects. I don't wish to gain any more size as it seems to impede my capabilities at work, as being a carpenter I still need to be able to climb walls, and sometimes position myself Into awkward places.

I used this earlier this year with some pretty good success. I did finally hit a wall and had to switch it up after awhile.

315x5x5x5( just wanted to go easy hips are tight)

90x10(strict form drop set 50xfailure dropped into 20xfailure)

Hammer
Curls

I went hard today, I had an incredible day at work, finally earned myself a promotion up to General Forman position meaning I get an additional 10 dollars an hour... Thats sickening. Only negative thing is we are swamped and I'm going to work on a 24 on 4 off schedule for the summer. That's alot of work but seriously I could take a whole year off after that and be ok financially so I'm going to do it, get ahead, get my own company on the go and make something of my self! Oh and I bought a new truck.. I think, waiting
To hear back but I think it's a go!

Mother of god I am hungover, I have been partying alot lately, been going to town every few nights, getting like 3 hours of sleep and then working 11 hours. But I'm going to kill this hangover right this minute with a good workout.

Rest up man! You were squating 315 for 10+reps werent you? Rest up and hit some prs brotha!

Woke up today feeling great I slept so well last night boy I needed it!

At 5 am I did a 5 minute plank

Worked pretty hard all day
Gym
10 min bike with some sprints
10 min treadmill with some sprints
Deadlift
225x20 ( this had my warmed up!)
315x12
365x5
405x5 !(yes!)
425x5! Pr !? I think.. ( 4th and 5th reps were sloppy but still felt safe, my hammies and glutes are just trashed now)

Good mornings 135x5x5 ( couldn't hack any more my legs and butt were killing me!

Clean and push press
135x5
155x5
155x5( nothing noteworthy here )

Pullups x many

Lat pull downs

160 x10 ( everytime I start focusing more towards strength training all my assistance exercises feel easier and I feel stronger at them ,
180x8 superset 180x 6 ( behind neck)

Close grip pullups x many

Ez bar curls 50x 12 ( strong contraction slow negative ) drop set 30x failure
Did this 2 times

Side lateral raises 20x12
30x8 ( simultaneous ) super set with sweights help out from hips for about 30 seconds

Rear delt flys 30x12

Flat chest flys 50x12

Weighted dips
Body weight + 80lb dumbell between knees x8x8x6

Pushups ..about 20

Abs - windshield washers

I felt really really good
Today. Weighed in at 186
Didn't rest much between sets and I completed this workout in about 75 min
