I'm going to post up my diet as of late. I feel whatever I'm doing is working I am the leanest I have ever been and
The strongest on or off cycle .
5 am
1 scoop IS0 flex mixed with 3 tbsp flax seed and 3 tbsp hemp seed, 6 egg whites , 3 tbsp PB, half a tomatoe
10am 10egg whites, 3 tbsp PB with celery, handful of almonds, scoop of progressive phyto berry, 1 serving IS0 flex.
130 pm 10 egg whites, can of sardines, 1 orange , celery, 1 serving
IS0 flex,
5pm GYM
630 pm supper , lots of meat .. Whatever is being served anyway..
Lots of veggies , more meat
9pm if I'm Hungery ill throw back more flax and hemp seed.
Supps, IS0 flex, need2guard, fish oil,B vitamin, 4g vitamin c /day
I take a swig or 2 of apple cider vinegar as well every day.
That's about it I really haven't been eating any breads or pastas and I feel real good and full of energy sweating not stop at work as if my metabolism is on fire.
