My truck seems minute now I love what you just bought!

I picked up a 2012 hemi ram 2500 Laramie. All black and black leather interior ! Mega cab. Tinted windows. She's nice too and hauls ass so far. Mopar intake and soon to be lifted but not huge maybe 6 inches total with tires/ suspension. I was racing down highway 63 at like 4am today was doin 180 before I stopped cause the last thing I need is to lose my license haha!

Yeah you'd definitely outrun me buddy lol I'm all stock except for a little programmer chip. All black on black is soooo sick bro that's a fine ass ride!!! How do you like that bag ass cab!? You could fit like 16 people in that truck lol

Ok so the legs are much improved today

Went to town ( in the new truck lol sweet!) and worked out with this girl who wants to get into shape even though if you ask me she is doing just fine

20 min bike ride

Warm up pullups , I assisted her with hers

Seated Military press 5x5
Her - oly bar x5x5 ,50x5x5 (I was impressed )
Me 95x5,135x5,155x5,175x5 x5( potential pr,?? I can't remember)

Incline bench
Her barx5x5 55x5x5( helped her a bit)
Me 135x5x5 185x5, 195x5, 205x5 ,210 x5 ( she helped on 5th)

Flat Bench
Her barx5x5 55x5x5
Me 135x5 225x5 245x5 260x5 this was a good push

A whole bunch of
Abs

It was basically a push day the ft Mac gym was just fuckin packed with half fat juiced up dudes thinking their strong and rough lol was somewhat comical ! Felt good to push some big numbers for me .
Tomorrow will be squats n deads and maybe some assistance work

I'm going to post up my diet as of late. I feel whatever I'm doing is working I am the leanest I have ever been and
The strongest on or off cycle .

5 am
1 scoop IS0 flex mixed with 3 tbsp flax seed and 3 tbsp hemp seed, 6 egg whites , 3 tbsp PB, half a tomatoe

10am 10egg whites, 3 tbsp PB with celery, handful of almonds, scoop of progressive phyto berry, 1 serving IS0 flex.

130 pm 10 egg whites, can of sardines, 1 orange , celery, 1 serving
IS0 flex,

5pm GYM

630 pm supper , lots of meat .. Whatever is being served anyway..
Lots of veggies , more meat

9pm if I'm Hungery ill throw back more flax and hemp seed.

Supps, IS0 flex, need2guard, fish oil,B vitamin, 4g vitamin c /day
I take a swig or 2 of apple cider vinegar as well every day.

That's about it I really haven't been eating any breads or pastas and I feel real good and full of energy sweating not stop at work as if my metabolism is on fire.

I weighed 187 last night so I guess I'm a little light but I'll deal with it as I feel good

I just messed around today everything is still really sore so i did some assistance work

10 min treadmill sprints
10 min on bike

Barbell rows ( light)
135x12x12x12
Superset with wide grip pullups ( about 10 each set)

Face pulls with 55 poundsx12x12x12

Rear delt cable crossovers high pulley

20 lb per arm x 12x12x12

What else..
Light dumbell rows
60x15x15x15

A few sets of side laterals but I tell ya I Hurt my chest benching yesterday musta been trying to impress lol. So today it hurts to lift arms over my head good thing I'm the only one at work because I dogged it a little
For the first time in ages.
