4 sets cable flys to failure, 60 lbs per arm final set
Incline db press
4 sets
Worked up to 90x10
Incline flys
3 sets light weight deep stretch and contraction
Flat Bench SS push-ups
135x12
225x5x5 ( chest was pooched wish I coulda done more)
Flat flys super set -standing ( arms at sides bring DBS up to chin )??
Db pullovers
Worked up to 110x6
Weight 210.
Hunger really becoming an issue, not always but at times holy man.
I can't even own cereal I eat it all in a sitting .
