Haven't lifted for a few days but I been moving and have finally settled into our new home in airdrie!! So much nicer, new gym, and tons of mountains and hiking to be had.
Ran an hour of stairs Downtown Edmonton yesterday morning coupled with not enough food a 10 hr drive and 3 hours of hauling heavy boxes I'd say I feel pretty weak. Had a refeed last night and a big scoop of creatine with my morning shake and about to hit up a sweet new gym. Will post later.
Bf is about as low as I've ever experienced and I can already feel the endurance from the epistane and eq. Low bf helps to feel effects. Time to crush some fuckon iron
