Hard day at work today . Jackin trailers cribbing units, even I had to get in there and get dirty so I just mustered up enough energy to smash back in 40 min .
Wide grip pulldowns ss pull-ups to failure 4 sets
Db rows
90x 12x12x10x10
( always fast sets )
Rear delt cable crossovers SS bent over db flys
Ab circuit for 5 min
Reverse grip barbell rows ( felt very strong in these)
Got up to 225x8 . Clean form tight squeeze, back is going to be a mess tomorrow ... Good thing I have a day off work to do some safety bs course

Then I bounced outta that biitch,
I'm feeling rather good mentally lately , better than normal. I can't complain.! Feeling pretty alpha too, even more so than normal .
