Hey, quick question please. I have one more week until my vacation. Unfortunately ill be away from the gym as well which a lot of people say it'll do me good as I've been going hard for months but anyways, this last week I'm wondering if it would work if i did a straight 5 day workout like this, for taxing reasons..

Lower body
Upper body
lower body
Upper body
And be done for a week...
