Eat every 2 hours, if you want to get bigger you need more food. Make a gainer shake, with 2tbsp natural PB,1tbsp olive oil a banana, 2 scoops protein powder honey chocolate syurp anything to get extra calories, from your post I gather you have a fast metabolism so don't worry about the fat, accept the fat and the muscle will come.
