I think im gonna try this 50 pull ups in 4 sets. I need a different workout for my back then what i have been doing. DO I need to do it once or twice a week?
I do this it works great. It needs to be Real Chins though,( body weight wide grip) I alternate in front and to the back every 5-6 reps. MuscleDog just do it whenever you would normally do your Lat PullDowns.
