Background: Never used steroids. I have been lifting seriously since my sophomore year in High School. Got up to a fat but strong 235 using Dinosaur style training at age 17. Since then I have sort of gone downhill, yo-yoing in weight and experimenting with drugs. I continued to work out but lost focus. Well i play small college football now (defensive end) and I havent lifted for 3 months. I have been smoking pot almost daily and havent consumed more than 100 grams of Protein in a day since August.
Goals: I have some goals i would like to attain by next August.
Bodyweight: 220-225 (10-13% bf)
Bench: 300
Squat: 425
Power Clean: 275
40 yard: 4.9
Now my question is, how do i go about dieting and using supps for this? I am also willing to try a first cycle of juice. If someone could inform me what a good cycle would be for a first time user with my goals i would appriciate it. I will be training 4 days a week with multi-joint lifts like cleans, squats, snatchs, jerks, bench, etc.( your basic football program) and 2 days a week will be devoted to speed, agility, and plyometric drills. Are these goals attainable with juice by August? what about without juice?
Remeber i am a college student so the really complicated, fancy ass diets might not be practical for me. Also, money isn't that big of a problem. I can afford most supps and gear.
p.s. Please dont just post a link because i know how knowledgable some of you guys are on this type of shit so i would really, really, really, appriciate some good advice.
