3-day dnp cycle experiences!!!

Read my post more carefully. I'm doing powder, not crystal. I vomit at even 400mg of crys and will never touch that shit as long as I live - and I'm talking from personal experience, not posts I read on boards.

i was reading the other posts and thought you wanted to go with the crystal (homemade with baking soda and water).
I agree powder is proven and much safer.

PS, how did the long term cycle go? What changes did you make in diet, ECA, cardio, ect? Im interesed in running another long cycle, the first time i did it, my diet was shit and no ECA, so it didnt work all that well, and i cant tollerate 400-600mg, i have a really bad allergic reaction (swelling up and shit).

My crystal was actually "authentic" crystal, not the powder+water+bakingsoda homebrew. Either way I hated it.

As for the long-term cycle, I do not recommend it. I had NO sides at all, but don't think I had any noticeable fatloss either. I DID kinda let my diet slip, so maybe it kept the added fat from those occasional pizza & burgers off, but overall I'd stick to "regular"-type cycles (7-10 days) or what I'm doing right now.

I didn't change my supplementation for the lowdose cycle either - the sides are so nonexistent that I'd just look at the dnp as another supplement.
 
I did a 4 day cycle (second one I had ever done) after the first one I knew I wasnt allergic so I did a rather slow, low 4 day but it worked better than my first 8 day cycle. I did 400,600,400,400 That was on a TH, F, Sa, Su. It wasnt al that bad. I think I lost around 4-5lbs but I gained a few back after b/c of poor diet.

BTW- it was all powder and I was cleaning my cd's but must have inhaled some or something b/c I felt some of the reported sides...
 
daman, i just finished a 4 day cycle. will let you know how things went on friday when all the water falls off, how is yours going? i took 5-htp this time with dnp, carb cravings were curbed alot

Allright, I did 600mg yesterday, Sunday, and sweated like a pig at night. Slept TERRIBLY. I'm now CONVINCED that it hit me so quickly due to the residual dnp from my last cycle. Unfortunately sinned last night, diet was great till 8pm when my friend decided it was time to "pig out", had a Cheesecake Factory cheeseburger and 1.5 lemonades... I guess it's not THAT bad, but still :)

I had 200mg this morning and PLAN on doing another 200mg, although I'm sitting here at work with beads of sweat running down my forehead, so... not sure. Will see later.

NB, *DEFINITELY* holding water, my abs look worse than they did 5 days ago. The water NEEDS to go by Thursday, have a date that night.

Serge, I wanna know how yours is going, need sum inspiration here...
