That's my goal. I know its a "quick fix," and obviously vacation oriented :) , but want to know if anyone has suggestions as to a strict diet/supplement/training regimen for a quick shed of some fat while retaining muscle. I really don't know all that much about "cutting" since I am naturally pretty lean. Give me some input fellas...I love you.

are your drinking tons of water daily 1-1.5 gallons? do you do cardio? is your diet consisting of only clean meats and veggies and complex carbs? are you wanting this 3-4 lbs off forever or just for a short amount of time? and whats vacation oriented?

Yeah, I drink 1 gallon everyday right now (more if I am on cycle). I'ave considerably cleaned up my diet: I've cut overal meals down in size and frequency. I've cut carbs significantly as well, which sucks because I am a student and I can honestly feel my brain work half as well when I am carb deprived along with overall energy. I'd just like to shed 3-4 lbs of FAT (key...not just lbs but fat lbs. I'd like to keep my muscle as stable as possible and don't want to just lose water weight). What I mean by vacation oriented is that I have a trip to Florida in 3 weeks and so my wanting to diet and lose lbs is based on that. I'm vain and would like to be trimmed up a bit more before hitting the beach.

fat burner & cardio

Thats about it. Try to do a low intensity cardio to prevent muscle breakdown, like fast walking 30-45 mins, ect. You'll be using fat itself for energy. When lifting, make sure you do compound movements to sustain size/strength while burning as many cals as possible.

All good advice so far. Drop the carbs other than veggies, do low intensity cardio, and add in a fat burner, something like LIPOFLAME. That works amazing....Good luck

watch your carb intake (no carbs after 6pm at all)
no junk food ( sodas, chips, candy, etc..)
