ive been reading around the place that people looking to add some serious size/strenght on their legs should experiment with 2x20 squats, with w/o spread like, tue & thu, then following wed.
if this is so, what sort of weight should you be going for? im guessing your normal max would be too much, so like,, 80%? 70%? what ever works?
