2 weeks till first show... do I drop out?? Help!

strong island, you think fina has the ability to make me too vascular in two weeks from 10-11% ? How long have you been on it? whats your progress, start->current and after two weeks?
 
Actually I wouldn't worry too much. Two weeks is not that long.

It is mostly an individual thing. I am naturally vascular and my bf is around 6%.

Fina seems to be thermogenic too.

Are you taking any ephedrine/caffeine products. If not I would run and ECA stack for two weeks straight.

You basically want to turn yourself into a fat burning machine for the next 14 days.
 
I'm taking 2 xenadrine in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I heard back, they're giving me until the very last day to drop out. I'm going mental for the next two weeks. Gonna use Bulldog's competition diet that he posted a while ago!

So I know you said its an individual thing but what happens to you after running fina two weeks ed?
 
Strong Island, type of show, its kinda like say umh a women's beauty pagent for guys. You speak, you're interviewed, you wear different outfits etc. So its not all about the body. Its more like all around best guy type of thing. It's never based soley on size. Infact, huge ripped guys always seem to lose. Its the small gq look they want if anything. But importantly than winning, I wanted to go up there and look wickedly sick. So I don't have to be totally water depleted etc. Although, in the past, alot of guys go to that extreme, probably as practice for a real show. Which is what I originally wanted to do.


i retract my statement from above....i dont know anything about that kind of show. so i have no clue if you have enough time to get ready.

IMO - I would never step up in the spot light with that much bodyfat.

Bump this, however, if you're going to do this I would like to add:

1) A keto diet, but be sure to carb up once this week and give yourself two days before the show....supplement with ALA for your carb meals and definitely on your 'carb up' days.
2) Adipo OR Clen as they would work better than an ECA when you're on a low carb/ no carb diet.
3)Yohimburn OR Lipoderm 2x per day for 12 days....this should allow a couple of days for the subcutaneous water to dissipate. Preparation H Gel applied to those areas several times a day will also speed up this process. Definitely use the Prep-H before the "show".

Now I'm considering going natural cause I really wanna go, what do you think can be accomplished in two weeks? Should I even bother? I'm getting fina this saturday. Im a First time finer, you experience fina guys think it will do anything in two weeks? 100mg/ed ?? I'm depressed. I dont wanna be a quitter! thats not my style.

can you get dnp, t-3, tren, somekind of mild diahretic?
 
Guys, I went to a pre-contest meeting and not for nothing but the guys dont look that crazy. Remember its not a bb competition. Mostly its like 150 pound guys that are super really ripped (they look good) 2-3 juiced up guys that look alright (not so lean) and couple of guys that don't even look like they work out (naturally fat). So I could go the way I am and still fit in, not that I'd want to and not that I will. If I dont drop down good in the next two weeks, I'll stay home. I was estimating my bf, I'm thinking I could be less, I see 4 abs if that helps, 6 if I flex.

I'll keep ya posted. thanks all for the advice, comments and motivation. I'm using all the suggestions.
