2 Postworkout Shakes?

Yeah I know its totally confusing.. check it out... I totally thought the same thing riskybizz007 its totally against almost everything I have ever thought/read.

"90KG = 90g carbs after workout.
90/2.5 = 36g protein.
90g carbohydrates = 360 cal.
36g protein = 145 cal protein.

Total immediate intake is 505 calories.

If you do that regimen 1-2 hours later you will then have 1010calories.
"

That's saying you should have that amount of CALORIES 1-2 hours later but not specifically that many grams of carbs. I am postive he isnt saying to eat 505 calories from protein, thats around 125g!! Then again in this next quote the author states the following.

"Outline: Protein Carbs Fat Cals
2 Post-workout shakes each at 36 90 0 505
"

Here is simply says to take in 2 postworkout shakes, and in his sample meal plan...

"Outline: Protein Carbs Fat Cals
Pre-Workout
~1:30 16oz OJ 0 51 0
Post-Workout #1
~immeadiately after Shake 36 90 0
Post-Workout #2
~1-2hrs later Shake 36 90 0
"

Here he's saying that you should have the exact same thing that you had postworkout 1-2 hours later and then for dinner..

"Dinner 4oz Ground Sirloin 32 0 17
~9:00pm 1oz cheddar 7 0 9
1/2 Potato n/a n/a n/a
"

He suggests a combo of complex carbs and protein before bed!! Crazy ass diet huh?

I am keeping my Animalbolics Online Journal in the Training section of Elite.. check it out and crtique.

:D:D

Bro that's what threw me off completely. Complex Carbs before bed? First thought was... "Is this guy nuts" lol, in any case he said you could change the diet to morning carbs if you work out in the morning though. So i guess that would mean breakfast, workout followed by the 2 shakes, complex carbs, then just protein after. Man i don't know... his diet regimen is confusing. Especially b/c he doesn't describe the diet for morning lifters, like myself, and just says "just do the opposite".

riskybizz007-
Yeah seriously bro thats the truth.. everything I have ever done is so totally the opposite.

Well see Ill post my results.
:D:D

Please do i'm curious as to see whether this will actually work or not. Even though i'm sure it will from reports of previous users on the diet boards.
good luck

MonStarr: you should be having 2 post workout meals. you can do 2 shakes or 1 shake and 1 meal(containing 90g of carbs, 36g protein, low fat).......do not eat 2 post workout shakes + dinner w/ carbs. also remeber that this diet in no way changes the laws of thermodynamics-YOU MUST CUT CALORIES TO LOSE WEIGHT .

AM Lifters:
-pre-workout- an apple(or not if your just doing cardio)
-post workout- shake at suggested ratio
-post post workout-meal at suggested ratio
-rest of day-protein and fat

you guys are as neurotic as me.:D

Flash_75-
Actually bro thats exactly what the author is saying to do bro... check it out.

1 Orange 0 17 0

Pre-Workout
