these are just core lifts


Day 1 Squat 5x5 @ 225 Easy ( perfect )
Day 2 Bench 5x5 @ 185 Easy ( perfect )
Day 4 Power Clean 5x5 @ 175 Too Easy
Day 5 Standing OHP 5x5 @ 165 Easy ( perfect )


i think i should have started out a little heavier on power cleans. I was throwing the bar up high and not having to really sit far at all. Do you think I should throw on 10 more for next week ( do 185 ) and just add the five to the rest.

Also I squat 2x a week should I ass 5 evertime or just 5 a week

I think you should add 5 pounds every time you squat, as long as your form is good. Also your shoulders overpower your bench, standing overhead is hard! But good work
 
Take it slow and keep the gains steady. You'll love the results. If your worried that you started to low on something go up by ten the first few weeks and then back of to five pound increases.
