THANKS AGAIN

Eat super clean and the fat will disappear.

This means eating complex carbs and a lot of protein. Also eat 5-7 times a day, which will increase your metabolism.

everything you need to know about getting your diet straight is on the stickys on top of this thread. just go through those threads and read it real slow and let that info sink in. fallow those tips and you'll get shredded in no time.:)

He's 15. Do we really want him to calculate 1000 cal deficits and aim for 5% bf?

My advice is get a consistent beginner training regime, eg., 3x3, at learn learn with excellent technique proper lifts, and just eat cleanly, with protein at ur 3 major meals.

Cleanly means unprocessed (natural) food

play any sports? solid time to join. maybe soccer.. youd be running and they wouldnt want you to get bigger like i think football coaches might.

no, but some info about what your doing how it works will only benefit him in this case. that thread is pretty straight forward and to the point and will explain most of the question he might still have about 'diet'. with that knowledge he can make adjustments as he sees fit.
