im 6'2 about 215 give or take on a day.. Im not extremely fat but i think i have around 5-10 pounds tops but Im tired of doing crunches and push ups. But yet i dont really have the money to buy things. I have no idea how to diet but i do whatch what i wat..I was reading other diets and calories..I need to know anything cheap or good techs to loose ths weight .IT WOULD BE UNBELEVEABLE FOR ANY HELP OR TIPS i do have like a 2pac and my 4 shows its just not as cut i should say i think most fat is on my side lower abs and thighs.
