Girl! You are sitting SOOOO nicely for 13 weeks out! Nice muscle development everywhere! Are you doing figure shows? Would love to see some of the relaxed poses! I predict some REALLY NICE progress for you!


And what's w/ the :worried: next to your age... "30-ish"??? Hun, I didn't even do my first competition until I was 35 and just did one last yr at age 40. NEVER be concerned about your age. The only important thing about your age is the age that you APPEAR to be (by action, by presentation or whatever.. that's where a tight body can take years off your life...)

fridays diet..though its pretty much the same everyday...

1 high fiber/protein hot cereal w/ 1/4 c oats

2 pwo 1/2 svg cream of wheat shake

3 3oz turkey 1 c pea pods

4 1/2 c strawberries 1/2 c cottage cheese

5 same as 4

6 4 egg whites

7 6oz cod yellow squash

8 shake

ill do pics and mm this weekend....

11 weeks out today...

thanks for the compliments girls...... i am doing body building..but considering going figure down the road..womens bb is getting a bit to large for me....im little, only 5 1 and not willing to compete at 130!

oh...and im 35.... :mad:

i have been bad this week..not posting here..
delaoding week..so weights are lighter high reps..since traveling to columbus thursday, i thought it would be a good week to recoup.
