And what's w/ the next to your age... "30-ish"??? Hun, I didn't even do my first competition until I was 35 and just did one last yr at age 40. NEVER be concerned about your age. The only important thing about your age is the age that you APPEAR to be (by action, by presentation or whatever.. that's where a tight body can take years off your life...)
fridays diet..though its pretty much the same everyday...
1 high fiber/protein hot cereal w/ 1/4 c oats
2 pwo 1/2 svg cream of wheat shake
3 3oz turkey 1 c pea pods
4 1/2 c strawberries 1/2 c cottage cheese
5 same as 4
6 4 egg whites
7 6oz cod yellow squash
8 shake

thanks for the compliments girls...... i am doing body building..but considering going figure down the road..womens bb is getting a bit to large for me....im little, only 5 1 and not willing to compete at 130!
