Yea, we had football weights this morning, and we were half way through out workout, when coach got mad, and decided to start the workout ALL over again....even the stretching and all, well anyways, we were doing our cycle 1 on our squat cycle which is like 5x10, and my group had to do it twice, thats like 100 squats. I just thought id share this little bit of pointless info with you guys, since im sitting here and cannot feel my legs,lol......
