10 wks out from shoot, how much carbs?

I am about 10 wks from a photo shoot and need to lose about 8lbs. I don't have much fat on me, I have a 6 pack standing relaxed. I dont want to lose much muscle but can sacrifice a bit. My diet is very clean but I think I am overdoing the carbs. What is a good amount of carbs for an average day? My current weight is 198.

well lets see the current diet and training routine. 8 lbs can easliy be taking out if water... but if u want 8 lbs of fat gone.. we can find something to do some tweaking to do... oh and if your on any supplements / fat burners, etc, let us know
 
My current diet consists of:

Whole grain oats 1/2 cup
Power Weigh Stack protein shake 25g
5 Eggwhites / 2 yolks
2 cups of Grapes
Whole wheat pasta - (don't really measure)
Power Weigh Stack protein shake 50g
2 cups of Grapes
1 Chicken Breast
Power Weigh Stack protein shake 50g
Protein Bars ( throughout the day, going to cut out in about 4 wks)

Also- I only track protein and average about 250g / day.
I don't eat a ton of carbs but probably too much. What is a good range for carbs?

I am not taking any fat burners but am planning on starting some in a few weeks. Any suggestions?

I train 2X per day and am on a football program workout.
Morning cardio and Lifting at night.

What I would really like to do is develope a similar plan to that of a pre-contest. I need to be hard and dry but don't want to be flat.

I am not taking any AAS. I am interested in Anavar but it is so expensive....may be thinking about some EQ though.
