1, 3 Dimethyl Ban?

Anyone have an idea when they're going to ban 1, 3 Dimethylamylamine (dmaa, geranium)? I was picking up some OEP the other day and noticed they were out off the standard but had a dmaa free version in stock.

Supposedly I heard the ban wasn't happening because they proved 1,3 actually did come from geraniums and is not synthetic.

There is no ban as of yet..it was a stop sales letter from fda to big 1,3 manufacturing/distribution companies. I still have products I make as well as ones that I have made from major manufacturing companies that will still manufacture and sell.

I bought several products a yesterday containing 1,3 DMAA... it sure isn't banned YET, but alot more things were out of stock than normal.
