I just finished DLing and watching Coleman's new vid! I'm surprised he only ests 4 meals a day he eats breakfast at home and buys the other 3 meals!
Meal 1 - Grits/egg whites/slice cheese
Meal 2 - bbq chicken, rice, corn, cornbread
Meal 3 - Same as meal #2
Meal 4 - steak, potato, french fries
Also in the vid he does,
800# squat 2 reps!
745# squat 4 reps!
The 800# squat looked too easy for him he stands up and says 'eh that was light'
2300# leg press for 8 reps I think, the bars that hold the plates are bending it looks like a cartoon!
500# Bench Press
