Approved Log Off season prep for 2026 IFBB Journal

Final week of the cut has finally arrived pretty happy with the photos had to take them in a different spot as the lighting was blurring everything and couldn't make out anything hahah

so glad I've only got 1 week left then it's time to put the foot down and see what we can muster up for September body is firing atm all food going in is getting soaked up like a sponge and I can tell everything is clicking.

slight improvements again this week and weight continued to stay around 96kg as we expected,
just keen at this point to go into the next phase but need to finish this off strong first so time to knuckle down and tick all boxes moving forward.

keen to see the approach to the growth phase and how much the food will change if much at all i know he'll want to keep me lean so we'll see.

Assisted chin ups 4 x 10-12 body weight


Single arm pull down 3 x 10-12 65kg

Chest supported t bar 3 x 8-10 90kg

Machine row 3 x 10-12 60kg

Wide pull down (stretch at top for 2 seconds) 4 x 12-15 65kg

Cable curls 4 x 12-15 45lbs

Preacher curl 3 x 12-15 35lbs

so good to see my guys doing well and see how they train in person!
was impressed with his size as I've only seen him in photos so was good to see him in the flesh

weights have started to drop a little with this last week of cut its finally caught up with me but can't complain I'm lean and looking forward to the next phase.

can't thank @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep enough for their ongoing support of my journey and let me tell you it's just the beginning plenty of progress and gains to be made together yet!!!

It can be crazy hard to keep working with clients as you get close to the show. Easy right now mind. How is it working with clients about to hit the stage themselves?
