So today i did not get hungry once my cravings were under control the whole time. My energy levels stayed at a good level throughout the day did not go flat once. No crash in energy and was not over stimulated. Smashed the washing for the family 4 buckets full of joy

Then straight to gym session after that smashed my chest then low intensity cardio after weights.
Got my father's Day present early my mrs brought me a smart watch for my training

so i can track my steps and heart rate etc im happy daddy check picture of stats i knew i was doing alot steps running around for the family shopping etc
