Well compared to where I was it's embarrassing with these injuries but ok.share some weights with us bro
Example before I switched to dips, push-ups and pullovers for chest, it was 110# dumbbells for bench, AFTER PRE-EXHAUSTION since the 110#'s was the heaviest they had.
Shoulder presses I use the 90#. Dumbbells. I tend to use barbells for higher rep work, as I find they are harder on the joints, locking you in to a fixed groove.
I focus on dumbbell work for heavy stuff and barbell work for lighter work.
