If you have a 6 or 8 pack.. what foods are you eating throughout the day?
What foods should I avoid?
Once you get your body fat low enough and can see the 6/8 pack,.. how do you get the extremely deep cuts inbetween the muscles?
Is this a good enough routine when trying to drop fat with minimal muscle loss?
Sun - Cardio 1/2 hour (3 miles)
Mon - Chest/Tris/Abs
Tues - Cardio 1/2 hour (3 miles)
Wed - Shoulders/Lats/Bics/Abs
Thurs - Cardio 1/2 hour (3 miles)
Fri - Legs/lower back/Abs
Sat - REST
Over the last few weeks I have been using this workout with a few altercations here and there. I have noticed the definition in my abs developing. I can see the outline around the top 4 and obliques. I really want those deep ass cuts, so what do you guys reccommend? keep plugging away with this routine for another month, then switch up the exercises a little bit?
Diet is my main concern here.. Ive been trying to keep protein high carbs slightly lower and fats on the lower side. Give me some diet examples.. and I can adjust to my body type, height, and weight.
thanks
