Alright... seeing how this was only 3 weeks, I am very pleased with the results. I didn't do flat bench w/ a bar during the cycle except today, the last day. (i used dbs during cycle) Today I did bench and I added 10 more pounds per set over what I was doing before the cycle. I was pretty happy with those numbers. As I said in another thread, I increased my bicep curls w/o 20lbs.. so 3 sets of 10 with 20 lbs more than I did at the beginning of the cycle... I'M DEF HAPPY with that number. My other lifts I became stronger in, but don't really know what my original numbers were. After looking at my pictures, I can definetly say that I am very pleased with the results after 3 weeks. Keep in mind everyone... I did this cycle during a cutting phase. Tell me what you all think, and now I will be starting into my PCT tomorrow... I think I read in a post awhile back to get into creatine after a SD cycle.. is this okay? is this okay while cutting?
BTW, the only slight side effects I experienced was lower back soreness. And extreme shoulder soreness, but I don't know if it is related with SD.

btw, how does my back look... I don't know if it is good or not, this is actually the first time I have ever seen my back.
