haha yea bro I know what u mean, throw this in the food for bodybuilding side... What do you eat mostly? If you haven't seen the anabolic kitchen book get it! I'm working up all kinds of shIt in the kithen bro I highly recomend!
 
steak vegatables mashed patotoes...all that crap is getting fuckign old hahaha...
yeah im looking into it...just getting my financial crap together.. going to get a lifetime plat and the book:)
 
I bought the book when Frank offered it for 19.97, dude there is soooo much in there I haven't even been able to read it! It's back up for the 19.97 price again this morning I just saw too.
 
Heres a couple items I eat alot of just incase you might wanna try them;

PB&J sandwhich on double protien wheat bread ( 4tbsp anp small amount of jelly)
baked chicken breast with small amount of slat&pepper topped with 1/4 cup mozzarella for 2/4oz breasts

these of course go along with meals and provide some nice protien and other goodies.
 
Chicken breasts
Turkey breast
Lean beef
Broccoli
Oatmeal
Potatos
Rice
Cottage cheese
Chili
Wheat pancakes
Eggs
Peanut butter
Wheat bread
Bananas
Wheat Pasta
Cashews/nuts
That's about all I eat every day all day...quoite disgusting
 
mix chocolate whey with anpb in a bowl and eat, tastes like a Reeses cup, no carbs nearly and filling 2-3T anpb, 1/2 scoop whey.
 
i have a routine and know exactly how to plan my shopping

apples, broccoli, russet potatoes, other veggies

turkey pepperoni, beef jerky

fresh salmon steaks, frozen orange roughy, 93% lean ground beef, 4 strip steaks

fat free milk, organic greek yogurt, whole wheat bagels for them carb days

whole wheat pasta, plain oatmeal, peanut butter

that's it, kinda boring
 
eggs with turkey bacon = soo good!
cheese goes great with everything.
garlic and onions with meat healthy and tastes great.
