gear mg scenarios I put together, what you think?

if you want to compete at high levels you're going to have to run steroids for sure but you want to start slow and work your way up specially at your age
 
100mgs a week TRT
250mgs a week sports TRT
500mgs a week beginner cycle
1000mgs a week moderate cycle for bulking/recomp
2000mgs a week advanced gym rat cycle
3000mgs a week competition cycle
5000mgs a week pro cycle
People that think this is correct/ normal are the ones that need a (good) coach to wind them back in or they'll wind up dead. I don't doubt that there are people that are running these higher numbers but they have everything absolutely locked down and are mitigating risk in ways you haven't even thought about. Not to mention that they're generally genetic freaks that have DNA that seems to be wired for high dosages, and they don't get half the sides normal people get on half the amount.
 
I wanted to put together a chart of mg’s based on certain peoples goals. Thought this was fun to put together. Maybe you guys can do a podcast on it or something? Here are my thoughts:
100mgs a week TRT
250mgs a week sports TRT
500mgs a week beginner cycle
1000mgs a week moderate cycle for bulking/recomp
2000mgs a week advanced gym rat cycle
3000mgs a week competition cycle
5000mgs a week pro cycle
anything on this list you would change or adjust? I’m at level 2 right now. Just doing sports trt. And I’m 23 years old. Gonna move on to level 3 and 4 over the next 2 years. My goal is to look like Sam Sulek.
So you've deliberately shut yourself down at 23 and are barely above what your body produces at age 23?

This makes no sense. You are way off on your guesses of what you think people need. There is no one size fits all. You take the lowest amount you can to achieve the desired results.
