My goal right now is to get to 12% or 125 by June 20. I have a little bet with a loved one…
I was going to shot for playboy in the end of May but I think I may bypass that because my muscles are already sticking out to much for them… I have been down this road before and I choose my health over playboy so if they decide they don’t like the muscle SCREW THEM!!
Once I get myself back to around 12 I am going to start shooting for fitness again…
Goal with this is to do some figure and possibly fitness competitions…
MOST IMPORTANT GOAL: to stay healthy in my mind, body, and soul!! TO NEVER return to my old eating patterns… And to stay aware of my emotions and feelings!!!
