Just a FYI if you like bagels

Thomas makes really good whole wheat bagels..

The company just came out with these mini bagels (or first time I saw them) they are like bagels that have like a 3" diameter..

They are great if you're trying to go low carb, they have 120 cals 25 carbs (4g sugar tho) 1g fat and 6g protein.

They are the perfect amount of carbs for a single meal (for me at least).

I highly recommend.
 
y a cheat meal nyc. if you eat whole wheat bagels, you can incorporate them into your meals every day.

No, they are not bad. I just ate them all the time. Processed breads (white or wheat flour) and me, don't mix (blood sugar issues). So, they are a cheat for me (along with 2 Glucorell).
 
Ok good, nyc. I was gonna say, if they are part of my diet but a cheat for you, there must be something terribly wrong wth my eating habits! :)
 
bagels equal processed food and they are high on the glycemic index it is best to treat them as a cheat
nycgirl is right on :)
 
I used to eat whole wheat bagels all the time when I was bulking.

Never have any bagels or any bread now(cutting).
