how long until results show? i am not fat - i am actually quite lean but have that stubborn little "gut". last time i got my bf measured it was 9.8%. my diet is super clean (no sugars, no white bread/processed flours, calories in line with my goals which is to lean out).
i've been using YES for 2weeks now. cardio in the morning, weights in the afternoon. havent seen much from it though.
