Workout plans

Hey everyone.

I am 24 and I am new here. I was wondering if I could ask for your advise and find out what workout plans people are using and if there is a best workout plan.

Currently I do running on treadmill for 15mins, rowing for 15 mins everyday with 10 mins for weight.

I would like to lose some weight and build muscle so was wondering whats the best workout plan and what plans people use to bodybuild.

Well the fact that you have started working out is a plus in and of its self girl and a big congrats to you for this. However you are correct in thinking youe work outs a very basic and you deff need more planing. Can you please tell me a little bit more about your self. How long you have been working out, Your height,weight, bf percent if you know it. A basic brake down of what you eat every day.. Also any and all other information you think may help me.

I would love to put together a training program and A diet for you and your goals. Please also let me know what these goals are too as this would also help a lot. Thanks girl and please enjoy the free plat I just sent you too. :rose:
