Alt DB Curls
20 lb DBs x 10 (per arm)

- Ride had to leave, so i left. Did the curls very slow and controlled
Comments: Deadlifts were 90% of 1RM for 5x2, so that was solid. My form was really good throughout every rep, and i definitely could have done more on all of my sets. Graduation tonight followed by "project graduation" from 7:30 PM till 6:00 AM- should be fun
